TERMS & AGREEMENTS

PAYMENT

  • A non-refundable 15% reservation fee is required, which will be deducted from the total price.

  • Full payment is required upfront.

  • No refunds after work commencement.

  • Payment is accepted via PayPal.

  • We reserve the right to decline requests.

  • The above may be modified via a written signed agreement.

basic AGREEMENTS

  • The number of revisions will be discussed and agreed upon before work commences. 

  • Once artwork is in progress, no more changes will be allowed. 

  • The agreement may be terminated by the author party at any time, with refunds issued based on the stage of illustration as per the price list (sketch, line-art, flats, etc.)

It is important for the success of our collaboration that you trust in my creative expertise and allow me the freedom to interpret and execute your ideas.

Providing thorough details in your initial prompt and references will greatly facilitate our process. Revisions will be carefully planned and discussed before payment.

Ultimately, the outcome will be a synthesis of your concepts and my interpretation, ensuring the best possible results.

PAGOS

  • El contrato podrá ser rescindido por la parte autora en cualquier momento, realizándose reembolsos en función del nivel de ilustración según la lista de precios (boceto, lineal, planos, etc.)

Proporcionar detalles completos en su mensaje inicial y referencias facilitará enormemente nuestro proceso. Las revisiones se planificarán y discutirán cuidadosamente antes del pago. En última instancia, el resultado será una síntesis de sus conceptos y mi interpretación, garantizando los mejores resultados posibles.
